About This Game

Loeb is commissioner of the Gotham City Police Department who enjoyed the company of Carmine Falcone and several other Gotham elites whether criminal or simply rich and apathetic. Loeb felt that Batman’s popularity was good as it gave the public false hope and kept them distracted them from the activities of the more sophisticated criminals such as Falcone. The stat cards contain all the unique abilities and powers for the characters.…
