About This Game
A Rise of the Luftwaffe campaign module from RBM/GMT's C3i Magazine Nr5, Winter War 1939-40 is an extension part/ module to the "Down In Flames"-Series - Volume 1: Rise of the Luftwaffe game by GMT. In late 1939 the Soviet Union began preparing for a possible war with Germany, despite having signed a non-aggression pact with Hitler in August. To strengthen its western defences, the USSR absorbed the Baltic states and made exorbitant demands for territorial concessions from Finland.…
