It contains several new concepts never seen in Small City: Road tiles and Place tiles to connect your Residences to your Factories Specialized Citizens (policemen, traders...) Riots can happen depending on 2 New Action characters 8 New real cities in Europe with 8 new twists 2 New real buildings: Neuschwanstein Schloss and the Coloseum New Terrain: Forests with more planks.
