This is a one-card expansion. From the Looney Labs website: This special Artifact works in either type of Chrononauts deck. It debuted as a promo card for the Summer Festivals of 2004. The text on the card says, "At any time during your normal turn, if you have this Artifact in play, you may (as an extra action) swap it with any Artifact or Gadget another player has on the table."
