Cómo Se Juega
Area-Impulse
Areas on the board activate one at a time, and you decide how to use each impulse — timing is everything.
Dice Rolling
You roll dice to determine outcomes — there's always that thrilling moment of suspense before they land!
Hexagon Grid
The board uses hexagons instead of squares — this gives you more directions to move and think about.
Modular Board
The board is made of separate pieces arranged differently each game — no two setups are ever quite the same.
Tile Placement
You lay tiles on the table to build a map, landscape, or pattern — every piece you place changes the board.
Trading
You can swap resources or cards with other players — making clever trades can give you a serious edge.
Variable Player Powers
Each player has unique abilities that make their experience different — finding the best way to use yours is half the fun.
Voting
Players vote on outcomes or decisions together — building alliances and swaying opinions is key.
Sobre Este Juego
The first expansion for Twilight Imperium: Third Edition features four new races that are unseen in previous editions, more balanced Strategy cards, more belligerent Objective cards, several new surprises for neutral planets, two more sets of plastic units, rules (with more than a dozen new optional variants), and enough additional systems for a fourth ring around Mecatol Rex. Now it's 3-8 players. If you played TI3 and had some ideas for potential improvements, they are probably incorporated in Shattered Empire.
