In 大戦争のあとしまつ (Daisensou no Atoshimatsu), roughly "Cleaning Up the Mess After a Great War", players take on the role of political superpowers aiding in a fictional war. It is a trick avoidance game, which is to say a trick-taking game where the aim is generally to not win tricks, as most will lose points for the winner.
