Le Havre Expansion: Essen Promo Cards

At the Essen Game Fair of 2008, Lookout Games had a special 12 card Special Building promo pack for their new game, Le Havre. After the Fair, Hanno of Lookout Games held a charity auction for the expansion for those who could not attend the Essen Game Fair. This expansion is included in the 2017 edition of Le Havre.
